Old Raj Gin is distinctive in that it contains a measure of saffron, the rare and costly spice derived from the crocus flower. In addition to the slightly spicy flavor, this also imparts a pale yellow color. The subtle, aristocratic botanical mix (starring, of course, juniper berries) lures you into a warm, delighted sense of well being, a feeling deepened by the sheer silkiness of the spirit.
” The 55% abv blue label is one of the strongest and most expensive gins on the market. Look for the trademark faint yellowish-saffron tinge and herbal scent, with assertive pine and anise flavors and a tart lemony touch. Serve this overproof gin tamed with ice and lots of tonic.”
“Each batch is aged in new American oak barrels for 3-4 months. While resting in the barrels, the gin is constantly transforming. The charred barrels contribute to the brown color of the spirit and give our Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat its complex flavor. This is our first brown spirit at Caledonia. After weeks of discussion with the TTB lead to us not being able to use the word “gin” on the label (as raw honey is added after distillation and then it goes into a barrel), we are calling this Reserve and Tom Cat. ” – Andrew Pinault
Created for a new generation of gin drinkers, NOLET’S Silver is The New Face of Gin™. NOLET’S Silver serves as inspiration for a wide range of innovative cocktails and reinvents much-loved classics. What was once clear, is now complex. Excluding subtle notes of fennel & peppery spices, while a smoky smoothness from the charred barrel permeates the juniper, this barrel-aged spirit tastes like gin, but has the maturity of a bourbon.
The gin is a celebration of our special connection to the land. We use pure grain spirits as a canvas to showcase juniper berry and raw northern honey. Added just before bottling, the raw honey imparts unique floral qualities that vary with season and blossom. Our distillery, on the banks of the Lamoille River in the Northeast Kingdom, is rooted in the agriculture of Vermont. Hardwick, Caledonia Country, is a community inspired by farms where the production of milk, cheese, timber, grains, honey, seeds, and herbs are part of our lives and help define our place.
A particularly dry gin with a zesty, citrus finish.
The quintessential expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic – smooth enough for a Martini, but rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T.

The smooth, subtle, malty flavor of this white spirit comes from using over 50% malt wine, which is made from long fermented rye, corn and wheat, triple distilled in copper pot stills. This malt wine, the heart of a good genever, is then infused with a carefully selected distillate of botanicals.
|The Botanist is a limited edition gin produced by the Bruichladdich distillery based in Islay. The distillery is more well known for their whisky and they have produced what they have termed an ‘Islay Dry Gin’. It is very much a product from the isle of Islay, as they sourced 21 out of the 31 botanicals used from the island itself, including the Juniper.|
