A zesty blend from our three mountain vineyards at 1000 to 1700 ft overlooking Chiles Canyon. Dark cherry and raspberry flavors with tinges of bay leaf and clove. Accompanies wood grilled vegetables and marbled meats.
Fruit is destemmed to open top fermenters, Cold soak for 3 days and fermented 7 days.
Aged 14 months in 70% American Oak – 20% new, and 30% French Oak
