Pairs beautifully with Asian dishes, spicy foods, sushi, fish, poultry and pork.
Wine Review: This yellow colored Riesling opens with a ripe peach bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, dense and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a ripe pear with notes of peach and nicely integrated minerality. I also detected a hint of white pepper. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with spicy Thai dishes.
“Dry,earthy and exotic, rich in apricot, and yielding a flavor that swarms the palate and enrobes you with unctuous mouth-filling fruit and a body that is rich and powerful, this is the rare white Pinot Noir”
