winemaker’s notes:Generous aromas of fruit and toasty oak entice the senses as you first encounter this Chardonnay. Green apples and juicy pears give way to elegant hints of lemon meringue, and finish ripe and refreshing on the palate. Created by aging on the lees, the rich and velvety mouthfeel adds complexity to the fruit, allowing the flavors to sink softly into toasty notes of American oak. The finish, lingering and graceful, is coupled by a mouthwatering acidity that creates a longing for just one more sip.

Tropical aromas of freshly-cut pineapple and ripe pear. A soft entry of well-balanced fruit and oak persists all the way to a pleasing finish of honeydew melon and crème brûlée.


Double exposure (south by southeast). Deep clay-lime topsoil on marl that offers a high mineral quality with a good power. Highly typical, it is often the Chablis enthusiast s favourite Grand Cru.

winemaker’s notes:This wine opens with layered tones of tropical fruit and exotic floral notes mixed with lush butterscotch and spice. On the palate, stone fruit flavors abound, framed by a lovely minerality and subtle nuances of toast and caramel. The broad mouthfeel balances a bright acidity and lingering lemon zest on the finish.
